The "Mirage II" is an inline 3D solder paste inspection machine with high image reproduction capabilities. For measuring three-dimensional shapes, the "phase shift method" is used. A striped pattern is projected from a projector, and the phase shift of the reflected striped pattern is captured by a camera, allowing for the measurement of the height of the object based on that phase shift. By combining Jutz's unique high-precision XY gantry, high-precision and high-speed inspection is possible.
